دواعي الاستعمال

علاج الجفاف الناتج عن الإسهال أو القيء أو الحمى أو فرط التعرق. تعويض فقدان السوائل والكهارل في حالات الجفاف الخفيف إلى المتوسط.

الجرعات

البالغين: 500-1000 مللي لتر كل 4-6 ساعات حسب الحاجة. الأطفال (1-12 سنة): 50-100 مللي لتر/كجم مقسمة على جرعات كل 4-6 ساعات. الرضع (أقل من سنة): 30-50 مللي لتر/كجم مقسمة على جرعات كل 4-6 ساعات. كبار السن: 500 مللي لتر كل 6-8 ساعات مع مراقبة وظائف الكلى.

إرشادات الاستخدام

يستخدم عن طريق الفم أو عبر الأنبوب الأنفي المعدي. يجب تناول المحلول بجرعات صغيرة ومتكررة. لا يستخدم عن طريق الحقن الوريدي. يفضل استخدامه بارداً لتقليل الغثيان.

الآثار الجانبية المحتملة

فرط صوديوم الدم، وذمة، ارتفاع ضغط الدم، غثيان، قيء، صداع، دوخة، ضعف عام.

موانع الاستعمال

فرط صوديوم الدم، فشل القلب الاحتقاني، الوذمة الرئوية، الفشل الكلوي الحاد، فرط الحساسية لكلوريد الصوديوم.

التفاعلات الدوائية

قد يزيد من تأثير الأدوية المثبطة للجهاز العصبي المركزي. التفاعل مع مدرات البول قد يسبب اختلال توازن الكهارل. يجب مراقبة مستويات الليثيوم عند استخدامه مع محلول كلوريد الصوديوم.

ظروف التخزين

يحفظ في درجة حرارة الغرفة (15-30 درجة مئوية)، بعيداً عن الضوء المباشر والرطوبة. لا يجمد. يستخدم المحلول المفتوح خلال 24 ساعة.
