دواعي الاستعمال

علاج ومنع نقص فيتامين د3، دعم صحة العظام والأسنان، المساعدة في امتصاص الكالسيوم والفوسفور، علاج بعض حالات هشاشة العظام.

الجرعات

البالغين: 10000 وحدة دولية مرة واحدة أسبوعياً أو حسب إرشادات الطبيب. الأطفال (12-18 سنة): 5000-10000 وحدة دولية مرة واحدة أسبوعياً حسب إرشادات الطبيب. الأطفال (أقل من 12 سنة): جرعة محددة من قبل الطبيب بناءً على الحاجة ونقص فيتامين د. كبار السن: 10000 وحدة دولية مرة واحدة أسبوعياً مع مراقبة مستويات الكالسيوم وفيتامين د في الدم.

إرشادات الاستخدام

يؤخذ القرص مع كوب من الماء، ويفضل مع وجبة تحتوي على دهون لتحسين الامتصاص. يجب الالتزام بالجرعة الموصوفة من قبل الطبيب وعدم تجاوزها. يمكن تناول الدواء في أي وقت من اليوم ولكن يفضل وقت محسوب لتسهيل المتابعة.

الآثار الجانبية المحتملة

فرط كالسيوم الدم (زيادة الكالسيوم في الدم)، فرط كالسيوم البول، الغثيان، القيء، الإمساك، فقدان الشهية، العطش الشديد، التعب، الدوخة، حكة أو طفح جلدي في حالات نادرة.

موانع الاستعمال

فرط الحساسية لفيتامين د3 أو أي من مكونات الدواء، فرط كالسيوم الدم، فرط كالسيوم البول، أمراض الكلى الحادة، تكلس الأنسجة.

التفاعلات الدوائية

مدرات البول الثيازيدية: قد تزيد من خطر فرط كالسيوم الدم. الكورتيكوستيرويدات: قد تقلل من فعالية فيتامين د3. مضادات الحموضة المحتوية على الألومنيوم: قد تزيد من سمية الألومنيوم. الأدوية المحتوية على الكالسيوم أو الفوسفور: قد تزيد من خطر فرط كالسيوم الدم أو فرط فوسفات الدم.

ظروف التخزين

يحفظ في درجة حرارة الغرفة (15-30 درجة مئوية)، بعيداً عن الرطوبة والضوء المباشر. يحفظ بعيداً عن متناول الأطفال.
