دواعي الاستعمال

علاج ومنع نقص فيتامين د3، دعم صحة العظام والأسنان، تحسين امتصاص الكالسيوم والفوسفور، الوقاية من الكساح وهشاشة العظام.

الجرعات

البالغين: 10 مل (1000 وحدة دولية) مرة يومياً. الأطفال (1-18 سنة): 5 مل (500 وحدة دولية) مرة يومياً. الرضع (أقل من سنة): 2.5 مل (250 وحدة دولية) مرة يومياً. كبار السن: 10 مل (1000 وحدة دولية) مرة يومياً مع مراقبة مستويات الكالسيوم في الدم.

إرشادات الاستخدام

يؤخذ عن طريق الفم مع أو بدون الطعام. يرج جيداً قبل الاستخدام. يستخدم قطارة الجرعة المرفقة لضمان الدقة. يفضل تناوله في الصباح.

الآثار الجانبية المحتملة

نادراً: فرط كالسيوم الدم (غثيان، قيء، ضعف، عطش زائد)، حساسية جلدية، حكة، طفح جلدي. التوقف عن الاستخدام عند ظهور أي آثار جانبية شديدة.

موانع الاستعمال

فرط الحساسية لفيتامين د3 أو أي مكون آخر في الدواء، فرط كالسيوم الدم، فرط فيتامين د، أمراض الكلى الحادة، حصوات الكالسيوم.

التفاعلات الدوائية

مدرات البول الثيازيدية: تزيد من خطر فرط كالسيوم الدم. الجلوكوكورتيكويدات: تقلل من امتصاص فيتامين د3. مضادات الحموضة المحتوية على الألومنيوم: قد تزيد من سمية الألومنيوم. الفينيتوين والباربيتورات: تقلل من فعالية فيتامين د3.

ظروف التخزين

يحفظ في درجة حرارة الغرفة (15-30 درجة مئوية)، بعيداً عن الرطوبة والضوء المباشر. لا يجمد. يحفظ بعيداً عن متناول الأطفال.
