دواعي الاستعمال

علاج الالتهابات البكتيرية مثل التهابات الجهاز التنفسي، التهابات الأذن، التهابات الجلد، التهابات المسالك البولية، والالتهابات الأخرى الناتجة عن البكتيريا الحساسة.

الجرعات

البالغين والأطفال فوق 12 سنة: 5 مل (457 مجم) كل 12 ساعة. الأطفال (2-12 سنة): 2.5-5 مل كل 12 ساعة حسب الوزن. الأطفال (أقل من 2 سنة): 1.25-2.5 مل كل 12 ساعة حسب الوزن. كبار السن: تعديل الجرعة حسب وظائف الكلى.

إرشادات الاستخدام

يؤخذ مع الطعام لتقليل اضطرابات المعدة. يجب رج الزجاجة جيداً قبل الاستخدام. يستخدم الملعقة المرفقة لقياس الجرعة بدقة. إكمال الجرعة الموصوفة حتى لو تحسنت الأعراض.

الآثار الجانبية المحتملة

غثيان، قيء، إسهال، طفح جلدي، حكة، صداع، اضطرابات في الجهاز الهضمي، وفي حالات نادرة التهاب الكبد أو فرط الحساسية.

موانع الاستعمال

فرط الحساسية للبنسيلينات أو أي من مكونات الدواء، تاريخ من اليرقان أو اختلال وظائف الكبد بسبب الأموكسيسيلين/كلافولانات.

التفاعلات الدوائية

تتفاعل مع مضادات التخثر مثل الوارفارين (قد تزيد من خطر النزيف)، الميثوتريكسات (قد يزيد من سميته)، البروبينسيد (قد يزيد من مستويات الأموكسيسيلين في الدم).

ظروف التخزين

يحفظ في درجة حرارة الغرفة (15-30 درجة مئوية)، بعيداً عن الرطوبة والضوء المباشر. يحفظ المعلق المحضر في الثلاجة لمدة لا تزيد عن 7 أيام.
